Place elbows on desk
Let the upper back sink down towards floor as the elbows stay in position on desk
You should feel this motion in your upper back and also on the underside of your upper arms and the outside of your shoulder blades. (Lats)
If you have low back issues perform the seated upper back exercise instead of this exercise
